Our email service provider Mailjet is currently experiencing a major network outage (caused by their hosting provider OVH).
Unfortunately, this has a direct effect on email notifications with regards to your documents in POM:
- Emails sent before the incident are stored and will be sent as soon as the incident is resolved
- Emails sent during the incident were not able to reach OVH’s servers at all. This means that they were not saved and will not be delivered once the incident is resolved.
