Network outage - email notifications (update: issue solved)
Our email service provider Mailjet is currently experiencing a major network outage (caused by their hosting provider OVH).
Unfortunately, this has a direct effect on email notifications with regards to your documents in POM:
- Emails sent before the incident are stored and will be sent as soon as the incident is resolved
- Emails sent during the incident were not able to reach OVH’s servers at all. This means that they were not saved and will not be delivered once the incident is resolved.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will let you know when the service is fully up and running again.

Update: Mailjet's services are up and running again and emails are now sent out properly.
