I want to cancel a planned payment. How can I do this?

There are several ways to cancel a planned payment, depending on the type of payment.

Planned payment via Bancontact: contact us. We can help you cancel the payment.
One-off direct debit: contact the organisation for which the payment is scheduled. POM cannot cancel this type of payment. This payment method is used, for example, by social insurance funds.
Recurring payment: you can cancel the payment yourself via the email you receive before the scheduled payment date.
