The QR-code on my payment request doesn't work. What should I do?

Unfortunately not all banking apps recognize POM QR-codes yet. Some banking apps may show an error message while scanning a POM QR-code. The following banking apps do allow scanning a POM QR-code: Belfius, BNP Paribas Fortis, CBC and KBC.

In you experience difficulties scanning a POM QR-code with your banking app, try and scan the QR-code in a different manner (eg. by using the camera application of your smartphone or a QR-reader app).
