Moore Stephens, the largest independent accounting and consulting services company in Belgium, has chosen to work with POM to make paying invoices easier for their customers. As from July, a handy POM payment button and QR payment code will appear on all outgoing invoices of Moore Stephens Belgium.
"At Moore Stephens we find it important to be up to date with the latest trends and innovations and to make these available to our customers wherever possible", says Pascal Vanhove, CFO at Moore Stephens Belgium.
"POM allows us to make the process of paying an invoice easier and even enjoyable for our customers. They don't have to spend any more time on retyping payment data. All it takes to execute the payment is to click through on POM's payment button or to scan POM's QR code on our invoice."
Johannes Vermeire, co-founder of POM adds: "An additional advantage for Moore Stephens is that the invoice payment data (amount, account number, structured communication, ...) of transactions through POM are always 100% correct. So Moore Stephens can save a lot of time following up on erroneous payments and the reconciliation process in general."
If you pay an invoice through POM, you'll be redirected to a secure payment page, which can be displayed on any device (PC, smartphone or tablet). A QR code from POM can be scanned with any QR reader app, or simply with the camera of a smartphone (iPhones and most Android devices), or with the POM app (available for free in the App Store and on Google Play).
Thanks to POM's integration with Bancontact, the payment can be executed from any Belgian bank account: either on mobile via the Payconiq by Bancontact app (or one of the banking apps which have integrated this functionality), or by using a card reader.
