ANTWERP – 21/06/2019. Accountancy firms who make use of the Admin-IS, Admin-Consult or AdminPulse business tools of Syneton are now able to automatically add a smart POM payment button to invoices sent via email and a QR payment code on paper invoices.

Syneton's products Admin-IS, Admin-Consult and AdminPulse are high performance business tools for time registration, invoicing, CRM, project management and reporting.
Syneton's software also connects with external services which enhance the basic functionality (e.g. with accounting tools). And as of today, a connection with POM is also available!
Automatically add a POM payment button or QR code
In the invoicing module of Admin-IS, Admin-Consult and AdminPulse it is now possible to automatically add a POM payment button to invoices sent via email and a QR payment code on the PDF versions.
This integration makes it super easy for companies using Admin-IS, Admin-Consult or AdminPulse to receive invoice payments. Thanks to POM, paying invoices is no longer a hassle. As a result, invoices paid through POM are paid faster.
Companies therefore need to send less payment reminders and have to spend less time on reconciliation: transactions are processed 1 by 1 and the payment data are always 100% correct.
The payment transaction data appear in the CODA files like other payments and are automatically synchronized with the connected accounting software.
Payment convenience for the receiver of the invoice
Because all the payment data are prefilled, it is no longer necessary for the receiver of the invoice to manually retype the amount, the (structured) communication, the bank account number, ...
All it takes to execute the payment is to click on POM's payment button or to scan the QR code (works with the camera function of any iPhone and most Android devices). POM connects with trusted payment methods like Bancontact and Klarna.
If Bancontact is chosen, the payment can be executed on mobile with the Payconiq by Bancontact app, or with one of the banking apps which have integrated this functionality (Belfius, BNP Paribas Fortis, CBC, Fintro, Hello Bank, ING and KBC), or by using a card reader. Klarna also allows to receive payments from foreign accounts.
Activate POM - Syneton connection
Users of Admin-IS, Admin-Consult and AdminPulse can easily activate the connection with POM. After filling out a request form, a POM business account is created. The login details of this account can then be added to Admin-IS, Admin-Consult or AdminPulse. When this is done, POM's payment button and QR-code will be added automatically to future outgoing invoices. Of course, it's the receiver of the invoice who determines if he or she wants to receive the invoice digitally or on paper. This preference is saved in each customer profile.
For each invoice sent via Syneton and paid through POM, a transaction fee is charged to the sender of the invoice.
